Real Screenshots. Honest Captions.
Ads Manager dashboards and text messages from contractors in our coaching program, cropped but otherwise unaltered. Each caption says only what its screenshot shows. These are some of our best wins, not an average.

Results Questions.
Are these results real, or cherry-picked?
They're real and they're picked. Every image is a real screenshot, cropped to the relevant part and otherwise unaltered: either an Ads Manager dashboard or a text thread in which a business owner reports a result. Most come from mentees in our coaching program running their own campaigns. Revenue and close figures in the text threads are what the owner told us; we haven't audited their books. These are standout messages, not averages, and your results will depend on your trade, offer, market, budget and how fast you follow up.
What cost per lead do these screenshots show?
The Meta lead-form dashboards on this page run from about $8 to $24 per lead, with most between $8 and $14 (leaving out a one-day $10 test). For context, WordStream and LocalIQ's 2026 benchmarks put the average Facebook lead for Home & Home Improvement at $42.95. Cheap leads aren't the goal on their own: a $10 lead that never answers the phone costs more than a $40 one that books.
How much revenue will I make from ads?
Nobody can honestly promise a number. Revenue is leads × the share you reach × your close rate × your average job value, and the last three are yours, not the ad platform's. Plug your own figures into the Meta Ads ROI calculator to see what a budget has to produce to pay for itself.
How fast do results show up?
It varies. Some screenshots here are from the first days of a campaign, like 3 jobs closed for $1,300 on day one, or 9 leads from $34 of spend; others came after weeks of testing. Meta's delivery system learns from about 50 results per ad set per week, and a small contractor budget often doesn't reach that, so expect a few weeks of testing before judging a campaign.
Can I see results for my specific trade?
The screenshots here cover remodeling, construction and spray foam, window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, flooring and roof moss removal, on both Meta and Google. For trade-specific cost, targeting and offer guidance, see the industry pages.
